We are currently executing the above-mentioned FIVE SENSORIA TOWER, DUBAI project and would appreciate receiving your competitive offer for the supply and installation of external travertine art wall panels, in accordance with the attached documents: • Silver Travertine CNC wall panels(attached image), size:350x350mm, Thickness: 30, 40, 50mm • Basis Of Design (BOD) • Specification • Indicative Bill of Quantities (BOQ) Due to the urgency of this Job-on-hand requirement , please arrange to send us your Technical and Commercial Proposal on or before Monday, 14th October 2024. If you require any further clarification or details, please do not hesitate to inform. Please take note that the quantities in the attached Bill of Quantities (BOQ) are only approximations and will only serve as a general guide. The subcontractor is responsible for verifying all quantities against the provided drawings, specifications and on actual site conditions. Discrepancies will not justify additional compensation or claims. Any additional items not explicitly listed but necessary for the complete execution of the works as per the drawings and specifications must be included in the subcontractor's pricing.
