Description:

Bridge saw Sigma is suited for processing sandstone, limestone, marble and granite. The CNC version has the possibility for profiling; linear, convex and concave.

3. Peripherical speed: steplessly regulated by frequency regulator
4. Sawing reach 3500 x 3500 mm
5. Bridge length 5.5 – 6.0 mtr
6. Rise and fall 500 up to 700 mm by means of short circuited motor
7. Mitre: 0 to 45 degrees, electrical driven
8. Turntable 3500 x 1800 mm, max load 5000 – 10.000 kg

Programmation:
For fully automatic sawing, PLC with operator panel which is suited for adjusting;

• One strip width
• The number of strips
• The loss due to sawing

CNC control consisting of:

• Drawing table 1.5 x 1.0 mtr complete with foot, drawing machine and digitizer
• CNC hardware, switched ‘on-line’ for 3 axes servo control
