| Detail : | This machine adopts foreign advance design and automatic controlling systems,combining with the demand of domestic market. It is a new intergration model og high-efficiency (about 500sqiuare meter/10h) low cost ,easy operation and durable. 2.It uses standard casting iron,steel,the brand electronic appliance,bearing and other components from Germany,Japan and Taiwan. 3. It adopts PLC control system, the operators can set the paremeter freely by the programmable controller with LCD screen. It equips with fault indicating system and alarming system abrasive consumption. The machines fits for continuous-grinding and polishing granite slabs. The conveying belt and the cross beam adopt frequency conversions for speed adjusting. Its processing width and working pressure of grinding heads can be adjusted freely (it can use resin polishing head and triangle resin abrasive material). The machine can identify the shape of the plates automatically, each disc(grinder)can resin and decend automatically by the identified shape while recording the output of grinding plate. The main spindles of the machine adopt the structure of sleeve-sliding.The whole machine is manufactured according the standardized process and it's performance is up to the domestic top level. |
