Diamut polishing wheels for edge polishing

The Diamut range for edge polishers is available for all of the major machinery manufacturers, including calibrating wheels, pre-cutting wheels and generating grinder wheels. Diamut also has a new line of polishing wheels for edge polishing machines that are available in the 5- and 6-inch diameter versions. They cover a wide range of grit (from 30 to 3500) and can be used on both straight and continuous edge profiles. A universal polishing wheel that is suitable for all types of processing needs is also available, and a special geometry has been designed for each size and processing operation. What’s more, the “eccentric” version is even available in the 6-inch diameter models in order to minimize the marks generated by the processing operations. The structure of the grinding wheels includes another important movement for better processing with uncanny precision even on the most complex geometry. Diamut’s new polishing wheels for edge polishing machines cover the entire range of machine makes and models and are available with right or left spiral coupling. Their mix is universal and suitable for processing quartz, granite, marble and other synthetic materials.
